This is a matching set of my larger chefs knife model, Common Eider and my Sprig Boning knife. My common eider is my longer yet very nimble and easy to use chefs knife with a lot of blade and belly for great rock and chopping action that slides easily though food. This knife comes accompanied with my Sprig boning knife that excels being used as a traditional boning knife to take apart chickens or process larger cuts but also works very well as a paring knife and works great off the board.
