This is a matching set of my utility chefs knife model, Goldeneye Hen and my Sprig Boning knife. My Goldeneye Hen is a perfect size utility chefs knife that is a workhorse in the kitchen for any task you throw at it with a lot of blade and belly for great rock and chopping action that slides easily though food. This knife comes accompanied with my Sprig boning knife that excels being used as a traditional boning knife to take apart chickens or process larger cuts but also works very well as a paring knife and works great off the board.
