The King Eider is the largest duck species in North America and my King Eider Chefs Knife is the larges model I make, but dont let its size fool you, it is ground thin to be able to slice through just about anything, this keeps the knife well balanced and user friendly. The scales on this knife are super special northern pike themed resin poured into a brass mesh to give a scale look. The blade is differentially heat treated and has a nice, started patina from acid etching. This will be a wonderful addition to anyone's kitchen.
